I'm not sure what's going wrong. Updated OBS to latest version and all of a sudden my recordings and streams are stuttering / dropping frames

I'm not running on a laptop, it's a desktop

Then move your display to your real video card instead of the motherboard.

It's simply moving the cable from the ports on the mainboard to the ports on the card
