So this problem is just a tiny bit complicated. The reason it is is because well sometimes it's run smooth as butter after doing a certain thing such as restarting the system or simply just letting it sit for awhile. Well it hasn't worked out like that this time. The issue is that the footage stutters, like constantly. every few seconds the footage stops and then starts again. I've tried messing with the settings (you can probably see that in the logs? I dunno how that works) and nothing has solved it. With literally every other game system it works when I disable buffering but that doesn't help. I use the Elgato Game Capture HD if that helps.
