OBS records stuttering videos even though the computer itself is not stuttering. I've tried it on different browsers and different games and same result. Using obs streamlabs my videos are fine, this is also the case for nvidea replay. The settings are the same on streamlabs and plain obs so I'm not sure why OBS is bugging out.
Changing encoder type doesn't work. Ran in administrator. Other capturing software are fine just this one (No other capturing software is running while obs is). Tried uninstall and reinstall.
