Hi
I have a stutter in the final video every 30s/1minute that lasts a few or several seconds after I record a video from a streaming service with display capture on both my AMD desktop and Intel laptop.
Can't use browser capture due to DRM.
Ryzen 2600x with RX 580 with 970 evo SSD
Intel i 8265U integrated GPU with SSD
I have tried experimenting with a lot of settings. Changing the encoder, changing the preset, changing the bitrate, changing recording quality and recording format to no avail.
I have a 100/100mbit connection and the video I'm trying to record has 1080p with 4mbps and 720 with 3mbps. I have tried both, still stuttering.
I also turned on stats, and there are no skipped/missed frames due to anything. Stuttering is in the final product, I see no stutter while recording.
I am at a loss.
I think both these systems should be fine with recording such video on 1080p or 720p...
What else can I try?
