Stuttering in Twitch stream?

I have a pretty beefy PC

Intel Core i9-10900KF
Asus TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16
Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME
Asus GeForce RTX 3070 8 GB TUF GAMING OC

Im on a 1 Gpbs/1 Gbps connection

I get slight stutters during the stream with Valorant. What would be the best way to diagnosis this and make it smoother? Thanks

Please post a log of a recording or streaming session where this happens then we can see what OBS is doing which should point to what the likely issue is
