Question / Help Stuttering in the Game Capture source for streaming to twitch issue

So ive been streaming for a month now and i realized my stream kinda stutters and this is really annoying. and its not just the stream because when i look at the obs studio preview by Game Capture source stutters too before i even start streaming so that way i know its not my internet. heres my log file hope someone can help me. https://gist.github.com/anonymous/afdc659adc4b8ea141e24b79815a1f7d

this didnt seem to change too much, however i tried limiting the fps in my game to 60 as this is what i have set as my obs fps and it was way smoother. Can this be true or am i just imagining things? oh and also i have a 144hz monitor so i would prefer being able to play in 144 fps without my stream stuttering.
