Question / Help Stuttering/Freezing When Streaming To Youtube

Hey everyone!

I seem to be having some trouble with Stuttering/Freezing when streaming certain games to YouTube. It happens when I try to stream 7 Days To Die and The Long Dark. I've included the log file.

Setup:
Asus ROG Strix
i7 6700
GeForce GTX 1060
16gb RAM

I've done my YouTube/Google research and I can't seem to fix the problem. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

That's a pretty old version of obs.

Is it? I haven't touched OBS in a while. I only started using it again about 2 days ago.
