Stuttering even without any video

Hi there,

My OBS stutters, often many times per minute, regardless whether I have my webcams plugged in or not. I am able to tell because I also have scrolling text on my scenes and those stutter as well. When I have the webcams plugged in, they stutter with the scrolling text, so it seems to be the whole OBS feed stuttering together. This happens when I leave OBS idle on preview, or if I'm recording/streaming.

I do notice in my log file there is this "warning: EOI missing, emulating" message, but that seems to only occur when I have my webcams plugged in, and the timecodes do not seem to be necessarily consistent with when the stuttering occurs.

Not sure why I have this problem but I'd appreciate any help.

1. Update your GeForce drivers.
2. Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Update and restart OBS as admin.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or use the log analyzer.
