Question / Help Stuttering during stream

I have some random stutters mainly on my stream even sometimes ingame, but that kinda just dissappears after a while.
My specs are ryzen 5 2600, and gtx 1070 with 8gb of ram.

Need a log that contains a recording or streaming session, completed (started and stopped). Performance data is only written to the log during recording or streaming sessions.
