Question / Help stuttering during recording and streaming but not gameplay.

hi until recently i havent had an issue with OBS. i was playing KOTOR and everything was going good. i got Fable: anniversary and it went downhill. i recorded a bit to see how it looked and the video stuttered so bad that i couldnt watch it. ive seen a few fixes for the game but the game itself runs fine, its just when i record with OBS that the recorded video is laggy. any help will be greatly appreciated.

i just tried it and KOTOR runs fine and records fine. Fable still had the lag in the recording. i tried changing the priorities in the Task Manager but hat only caused my game to start stuttering and in turn made the viedo better but it also stuttered when the game did.

You have half of the lagged frames on the log and given you're using Intel HD Graphics, that may be the reason behind the lagged frames.
