Question / Help Stuttering CS GO

When I am in fullscreen CS GO using game capture the game stutters on stream but I'm getting 100+ fps ingame.
Found a similar post about this before:
Code:

I am using a laptop and the game and obs are being run on the nvidia gpu. Multi gpu thing drops my fps to 40-50 but eliminates stuttering.
Like I stated before the problem disappears when capturing CS GO in windowed mode using game capture and window capture.

and log from the video:

I have a couple of other 5 minute videos from that session where I tested a couple of different settings if you want to have a look.

hi again, why did you disable vsync?? you need it. last time you showed your vod it was perfect with steady ~60fps, revert the settings :)
fullscreen with vsync in game should work well

Yeah the input lag is a no no for me
I did tick the "Limit capture framerate" , shouldn't that have the same effect?
I'll do a couple of more tests with fps_max 61 and vsync on and I'll report back.
I am basically wondering if this is some kind of a bug or not

you are tinkering too much with it. dont limit fps additionally. just use fullscreen game capture and vsync enabled in game graphic options
Limit capture framerate is for 144hz monitors, your is 60, dont touch it
mutli gpu is for sli/crossfire. dont touch it....

I'm going to follow your advice and disable the Game Capture limit.
Did tests with vsync and ingame console limiter to 60:
Code:

No stutters and 1% lagged frames in a 10 minute video, maybe the issue was happening because of my 120 FPS ingame?

yes, but dont use console limiter, why cant you just use ingame vsync option? stop fixing working things and you will be ok

In the 2 separate tests the console limiter did exactly what vsync does and it didn't add any extra input delay so it's a perfect solution.
Also I just did a test with uncapped framerate and it seems when I get over 100 fps the capture stutters a bit - could it be due to fps inconsistency?
I guess I'm just going to have to cap it to 60 when I stream CS GO.
Thanks for help Mroczny.
VOD with uncapped if anyone's interested:

then you dont need any console tricks, stick with simplest options available if they work. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occam's_razor

for the n-th time, you need vsync to keep fps equal to your desktop refresh rate. only then you can grab frames effecively at 1:1 speed which is 60 or 1:2 speed which is 30

hallelujah!
