So. First of, i wanna show you guys my rig before i go ahead. So here:

GPU: MSI GTX 970 4G Gaming Version
CPU: Intel i5 4690-k @3.50
Motherboard: Asus Z97-k
RAM: 16GB DDR3

However, i have been messing around with OBS studio and gotten alot of stuttering lag. Before i had the problem with buffering, so i lowered the buffering size all the way down to 1600. That solved that solution, but i still have the issue with the stream stuttering when im ingame.

However, i know my connection is really important in the streaming world, so i made a test.

My internet connection:

30MB/S Down
24MB/S Up.

Here is some screenshots of my settings in the OBS Studio:

Does anyone have a clue?

Please post a complete log from a streaming session that exhibits the issue your describing. Your log would have information such as your CPU, GPU, and available RAM, and it would also tell us a lot about your settings and system performance while streaming.

That log doesn't show a streaming attempt. Please open OBS Studio, start streaming, wait 30-60 seconds, then stop streaming, and then upload the current log file.

That log still doesn't show a streaming attempt. What it does show is:
02:32:32.735: device_texture_create (D3D11): Failed to create 2D texture (887A0005)

That is an entirely different issue from stuttering. You shouldn't be getting anything at that point.

What Nvidia drivers are you on?

Unfortunately, this is a known issue with Windows 10 Anniversary Update, possibly in combination with Nvidia cards, but it is not known why it occurs. An Nvidia employee has stated that Microsoft broke some stuff in the Win10 AU, and the companies are talking about how to fix it. Currently, possible workarounds include:
  • disabling your OBS Studio Preview
  • rolling back your Nvidia drivers to 368 or earlier
  • rolling back recent Windows 10 hotfixes or cumulative updates
  • reverting Windows to pre-AU
