Question / Help Stuttering and Freezing with Elgato OBS Link

Hi, I recently upgraded from Elgato Video Capture to Elgato HD60 S for streaming retro games. I'm hoping someone might have some insight to my situation. I am connecting a SNES console to my Elgato with a RetroTINK 2X (low-latency analog to digital A/V converter) and am capturing with OBS Link. In OBS, the capture appears fine for about two or three minutes. After that, I start hearing clipping or stuttering in the audio, and OBS Link's "Searching For Signal" screen appears briefly. The audio and video begin to cut out for about 5 more minutes with increasing frequency until they are lost altogether.

Here is a sample log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/jx4tanSppJtVU6hb

One workaround with the RetroTink I've found is to enable its DVI mode; however, audio cannot be captured, so I would need some other audio capture solution. Still, with DVI mode enabled, I get a clean video feed for as long as OBS is open and can record with no problem.

My Elgato setup seems to work with other devices so far - I've successfully streamed gameplay from SNES Classic (HDMI output).

But my primary goal is to capture audio and video from the original SNES, so I'm open to any ideas or suggestions.
