This is the first time I'm posting here after looking around for answer from other regarding the same problem.

Here I do have my resolution (output) on 720p with 30 fps
Here is what happens when I try to stream in 1080p with 60 fps:

From my stream I can see the game is stuttering and from OBS I can see my frames dropping to below 60 despite my CPU usage is below 10%.
I'm fairly new but I do realize it takes more power to stream on 1080 than 720 but I do have the internet for it (60 upload) and I think I have the PC for it. I have a 1060 GTX and an Intel I7-6700K @ 4.00 GHz. So I am hoping that there are some OBS settings that can tweak this to imrpove my stream quality at 1080 with 60 fps, even though I've looking for answers but I could not find them.
I am hoping that someone in here is able to help me :D
