Question / Help Stutter while playing CSGO

Hi, I have problems with stutter when I play CSGO even with 350-450fps ingame
PC specs :
I7-4790k @4.6GHz
GTX 970
16Gb DDR3
250Gb SSD

I included the log files from last time I streamed

Remove desktop capture from scene. You only need game capture for CSGO.

Run OBS 64 bits.
