Question / Help Stutter when Streaming..

I decided to try Quick Sync to lower the stress on my CPU/GPU. I'm running 2x GTX 970 and the iGPU Intel HD 4600. I've not really played around with the settings on Quick Sync before so I can't seem to improve the stream quality or stop the constant stutters that appear in game every few seconds. The stutters aren't too bad but they are noticeable and I would like to get rid of them, can anyone help?
