Question / Help Stutter during playback after recording

This problem has only occurred over the last few days. After recording any videos there is what seems to be lag in the video, where there was none in the game, I have tried changing settings such as bitrate and FPS but to no avail I can't seem to get the stutter to go away, only remove tiny portions of it. While they may be reducing with each change, they are still unwatchable in certain places.

The log file is provided below.

1. 60hz desktop refresh
2. 60 or 30 in obs
3. 60 in game if there is switch for it (like bf3, bf4, overwatch)
4. vsync in game on
5. run obs as admin
(replace with 59,94 and 29,97 for 59,94 display like hdmi tv)
with 144hz monitor its fastest and most reliable to sacrifice 144 and follow 1,2,3,4

stick to CQP mode , like 21

Sadly this didn't fix the problem 100% but its reduced it quite a bit.

Simple output mode, indistinguishable recording quality, FLV format, try the encoders until one plays nice.

And turn gaming mode off in windows' settings

Ok, i've tried each of the suggestions both of which work to an extent, but what I've noticed is that it only ever seems to stutter on Overwatch. I've tried recording on other demanding games and it seems to be running fine on those, just not Overwatch.

What I've discovered is that it only does then when on the loading screen and on character select the video freezes for the majority of the time with the occasional change in frame. While it does this in the video, it doesn't do that in-game.
