Hi everyone,
I've been using OBS for over a year now, but these stuttering symptoms you'll see in the link I provided started fairly recently. In game everything is running very smoothly. This example was done in a local recording, but it happens in my streams all the time. So it happens when broadcasting as well as making a recording. Interestingly, the mouse is moving normally, but the simulation is stuttery.
I have searched for similar issues, but I haven't seen anything that directly addresses this. I even completely uninstalled OBS and reinstalled.
