Question / Help Studio on 2nd Monitor Lag/Freeze

Streaming H1Z1 on Studio and now my second monitor (with obs open on it) lags to the point that it lags/freezes for 2-3 seconds constantly. It didn't do it when I set up the stream but it is now. H1 on the main screen is unchanged.

i7-5820k -16GB DDR4
Main display - 24 144hz
Secondary display - 24 60hz

I tried to set both to 60hz and it still does it. Before I spend any money on unnecessary things (hopefully), and chance for some help?
