Question / Help Studio Mode question

Hello - Probably a dumb question here : I'm a greenhorn with OBS and was just curious if it was necassary to be in Studio Mode to stream live? I have a bunch of scenes all set up (not in Studio Mode) with various cameras, images, transitions, and they're all labelled, so can I just stay in this mode when I start streaming???

No. You can either stream or record either in studio mode or in "hot switch" mode (studio mode off, scenes become active immediately).
