When I add or remove a filter on a source, it applies to both the working half and the broadcast half of Studio Mode. However, if I turn off the filter's visibility (the eye with the slash), it will only disable the filter on the working half. The broadcast half does not pick up on the disabled filter, even after I press Transition.
Hopefully, I can get the screenshot upload to work. In it, my stream status at the top of the screen has a horizontal scroll transition turned off. Even after clicking Transition, the scene being broadcast still has the text scrolling, through any number of scene transitions and OBS reboots.

Oddly enough, while I was re-testing this to get a screenshot, I hit another bug where I deleted a crop filter on the text source and crashed OBS. I haven't been able to reproduce it, so no bug report for that yet.
And yes, there's a cameo of the Windows 10/OBS PSA sticky thread URL at the top of my stream, thanks RytoEx.
