Studio mode - Alpha Channel videos not showing up in preview

Hi!

Since upgrading to 27, I noticed that some alpha channel videos don't show up in the preview window. Here's what I'm doing:

I am using animated lower thirds (.mov with alpha channel, created in After Effects) - they show up and work perfectly in the program window, but don't show up in the preview window.

I'm just trying to get the "Animated Lower Thirds" to work correctly... seems like it is working for the most part, but, it will NOT show up in "Preview" monitor, but it DOES show up in "Program" monitor ... is that how it is supposed to work ???

WOW, seem now, that this "Lower Third works only on any NON-live video source !!!
What a waste.
Please tell me what I am doing wrong !!!

Uh, yeah, only works on 1 source - Window Capture (with PIP of live cam), none of the others - not in "Display Capture", not in "Video Capture" this is really ridiculous.

Any Help - ANYONE ???

Found MY issue was related to "Layers" or "Order" of which items are listed in "Sources" dock.
When I moved the "Lower Third" source UP - THEN it showed properly... or at least as expected.
