Question / Help Studio Mixer Not working ( HELP )

hey guys my studio mixer is litrally not working ... when i try to deley my mic and desktop audio with my elgato is doesnt work and to tes it does work i put my mic on the highest miliseconds and still nothing worked ... i really need help its not only for me but its for my viewers on twitch aswell

If it's the hd60, delay you mic 650ms, your desktop audio 650ms, and add an async delay filter on your cam for 650ms. Thats what I do and everything is synced perfect.
