Question / Help Studio Dropped Frames when running Chrome

So....this may sound weird but it is totally happening. I'm on a Windows PC, it is sufficient enough believe me, OBS Studio says I'm using less than 18% CPU whenever I stream in the past and have had no issues.

But, as of today as soon as I open Google Chrome, I instantly get dropped frames within seconds of opening Chrome.

If I close Chrome or don't have it open to begin with, OBS Studio works and runs flawlessly and the stream comes in great on Twitch. I've tested this out numerous times and each and every time I end up opening Google Chrome the dropped frames starts to happen and I can see my bandwidth dip down as well as if it is unstable once Chrome is open. HALP! Please?!

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, below is the Log Files.....Thank you!!!

Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 955 (13.3%)

Your internet is causing dropped frames.

Ok, so let me be devil's advocate here.....if it were my internet provider causing insufficient bandwidth...how is it that I was able to stream 10 minutes no problem with just OBS Studio opened.....but the second I open, remind you, just open Google Chrome, the dropped frames begins to happen??? I'm not doing anything browsing or anything of that nature, it's just the simple opening of Chrome and poof the magic happens w/ dropped frames and insufficient bandwidth

(not being a smart ass but just extremely curious and interested - i have contacted my ISP they swear my internet is great I have 150 download // 50 upload)

Also, I have changed servers relatively close on the East Coast of the US as to where I live. All have the same issue, changed them to the opposite side of the country - same issue. Works fine, but then once I open Chrome, the frames/bandwidth issue begins.

Things I've done...
1. Changed servers
2. Lowered the bit rate even though mine has never been high to begin with
3. Firewall is OFF (and always has been)
4. Streaming over Ethernet Cable
5. Network Adapter anything physical is all good - again I've streamed for a solid 3 to 4 months no problem up until today and it only, I repeat, only happens as soon as I open Google Chrome. I've tested this out.

Having the exact same issue. I've noticed it does the same when running Firefox but not Edge. I spent 2 hours on the phone with my ISP before determining it was Chrome. I don't think I would mind as much if I wasn't using the StreamLabs plugin on my streams for follows/donations/etc... And right now, the plugin is only for Chrome, so I cant use it anymore. Been streaming for a few years now and this issue just popped up out of nowhere. Any help would be great.

Same issue, Stream is fine until i open Chrome or Firefox. Microsoft Edge works fine. Happens with OBS and Streamlabs OBS. Any resolution to this?

Curious that you guys speak about those two browser; https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/one-day-to-another-youtube-streaming-is-lagging-choppy.102669/

Because the other day I crash with this issue from being streaming perfectly. I change to Chrome cause I was using firefox to see if the proble goes, but not at all. The stream improved but still not fluid like before with no changes in the system and nothing touched.

Now I stop streaming and testing since last saturday and I still don't know where is the problem. I test lot of different settings but I ends turning down some quality specs of my stream and needed to turn off fullscreen optimization for the game. Getting down bitrate etc etc... but still not the fluidity of before when I had all setting in max quality and a huge bitrate.

I'm starting to think that can be a windows update or firefox one but I don't know, this is annoying me hard.

Anyone find an answer for this? this has been happening with those two browsers and spotify. could it be that my ISP is jerking me around? or could it be hardware/software?
