Question / Help Studio crashes when adding Image scene consistently

So I did some searching but was unable to find any help regarding this. When I try to place an image in the scene (any image) OBS crashes on me. Specifically it crashes when I click browse and it opens up the browse window then after about 5 seconds it will always crash. Logs attached below. Windows 10 OS. Can anyone help?

I tried to attach the file but it was being glitchy. I think it's attached but if not here is the crash log on pastebin.

Dell backup software not playing nice.

Fixed it... I updated the backup software as it was old. That seems to have made OBS stable again with image scenes. Thank you

So what was the official fix for this? @SplinterCell you worded your solution weird. I have similar software specs so you tried updating the Dell Backup Software or a portion the actual OBS Studio Client? I'm having this problem currently and it's driving me insane. Only recent plugin I've added is a quick makeup update to the StarCraft 2 Scene Switcher but not seeing too many people ask about this issue so might be a user created event unless anyone else has been able to recreate this problem.

@ReNA, my Dell backup software (that came with the Dell computer) was out of date and due for an update. I never used the software so I never updated it. When I updated it though and restarted the computer it magically fixed the obs issue. Never works have figured that out if they didn't tell me the backup software wasn't playing nicely lol
