Question / Help Stuck on Twitch chat and can't go back?

Halp? This is all I see. Can't move it or nothing but when I hoover over the window in the task bar I can see my OBS just fine.

joined the Discord and was told to hit F11 and that does nothing btw. also the discord seems useless as far as help goes.....this makes me not even want to stream. streamlabs OBS have problems and now this.....
