Bug Report Stuck on Stopping Recording

After recording a video and clicking stop recording OBS Studio 0.15.4 is stuck on Stopping Recording. I'm on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Below is my log in case it doesn't attach (I can choose a file, but there is no upload confirmation button, just close). Thanks!

It happens every time. I've disabled a secondary video card I have, I've changed the recording from same as stream to a default option and it still won't produce a file. Just stays stuck on Stopping Recording. I haven't been able to get past the Stopping Recording.
