we got this new laptop.. thought the specs are good.

But yesterday - Dec 12 - suddenly it got disconnected from OBS. Then started recording... recording got started but streaming button did not work
Then the stop recording button stopped working and lost about 1hr class recording.

Dec 12 evening and Dec 13 morning recording is erroring out - 4 nv_enc_error_invalid_device
Could you please share the missing point as its a mystery.
