Question / Help Struggling newbie

Hi - I am not terribly tech savvy but am attempting to get to grips with OBS in order to record a Facebook video. I have captured the relevant FB page and can see it on the OBS screen. However when I select either 'start streaming' or 'start recording' I get error messages that I don't understand. Hoping the log file link below will explain it better than I can. I have come to OBS because it has been described as easy to use - I have my fingers crossed that this will be an easy fix. With thanks in anticipation...
