Hi!
I know it's common problem, as I serached in Google. I didn't find solution for my stream dropouts.
I'm gonna attach my OBS Studio logs, ISP and computer specs.
So firstly, I tried two streamer services Twtich (most of time) and Hitbox. Every time I'm streaming, it disconnects random times (1, 5, 10, 40min ...) there's no dropped frames, just OBS Studio says disconnected and immedetly reconnets. Of course the twitch stream disconnects, and there's VOD of my last stream.
I tried two computers:
My desktop PC:
I tried several settings in OBS, I can't share all of it because I can't remember all of them.
Few of my testing settings:
NVENC:
Note: I also tried OBS Classic too. I had working twitch streaming for 3-4 hours without disconneting in last year (with classic) . I had same stuff I didn't change HW, ISP etc...
When I opened my log files saw this:
I don't know why am I missing these libraries. VLC installed also. These DLL files I guess it's not sources my streaming issues, but I'm curious why am I missing these. I did proper installation of OBS, I reinstalled it two times.
If you need more information, please ask for it.
I hope someone can help me!
Sorry for my English, sometimes I just can't write properly. :)
Thanks.

I tried two computers:
My desktop PC:
- I5 4460
- 16 GB RAM
- GTX 960
- 1 TB WD BLUE
- Windows 10 Pro X64
- Acer Predator 144hz display
- I5 2350
- 8 GB RAM
- Integrated Intel HD3000
- 128 GB SSD
- Ubuntu 17.04 X64
- TP-LINK TL WR840n Router used in automatic mode Ubiquiti Litebeam M5 handles the PPPOE Connection to the ISP
- I also tried with Mikrotik Hap Lite, I had the same issue with that too!
- DNS Proxy were activated in my antenna, I turned off that and set DNS to: 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4.
- My connection is not bursted. I can upload bigger files to my onedrive account with stable 1500kb/s.
- My bandwidth tests:
-
- I tried twitch servers which located in: Germany, France and Netherlands
-
-
- Osu!
- Stepmania
- Overwatch
- FFR (Flash Flash Revolution) (Browser based rhytm game)
I tried several settings in OBS, I can't share all of it because I can't remember all of them.
Few of my testing settings:
NVENC:
- Rescaled output to 720p (tried without rescaling too in 1080p)
- CBR
- Bitrate: Between 2000 and 3000.
- Keyframe interval: 0
- Preset: Default
- GPU: 0
- B-frames: 2
- Canvas res: 1080p (also tried 720p without scaling)
- Downscale Filter: Bicubic
- 60 FPS (Also tried 30 too, it doesen't matter)
- Most of settings same as NVENC.
- I tried ultrafast, veryfast, faster presets (faster preset made Overwatch too laggy so I didn't experimented too lot with it)
- Profile & Tune none.
Note: I also tried OBS Classic too. I had working twitch streaming for 3-4 hours without disconneting in last year (with classic) . I had same stuff I didn't change HW, ISP etc...
