Question / Help Streams are very laggy but my internet is good.

My problem is that my internet and pc is good but yet my streams are still laggy, I think this maybe because of my capture card "Roxio Gamecapture HD Pro" I try streaming with it, the game shows but its very laggy and glitchy. Can someone fix this asap i really need help and i bought a capture card purely for streaming and recording.

Log doesn't show a streaming attempt.
It just shows attempts to use the roxio hardware in OBS while it's already in use in roxio's software (don't do this).

I think i found the solution, I was using the "game capture" source rather than "video capture device" because the roxio is using usb and it does work with the video capture device source. I might try streaming and give an update for people that use it.
