So i have a 2 PC stream set up where my ryzen 7 1700 PC is running an elgato to capture my gaming PC. So after a certain amount of time and this varies in length of time my FPS is set to 24, but im not dropping frames, well like 0.02% frames dropped or something like that. Is there a way to fix this?
