Question / Help StreamLabs works when testing, but when someone follows me on stream it doesn't show up

I was able to watch both OBS and my stream on Twitch live last night. I was getting live notifications for new followers from Streamlabs in OBS, however they were not showing up on the stream.

Is there a setting I'm missing? How do live notifications show up as they should in OBS, but not on Twitch?
