Question / Help streamlabs obs whit bo4

hi there...i am using streamlabs obs whit call of duty bo4 and my display is asus rog pg 279 g sync 165 hz...
when streaming i have big lag and even if i will just leave open streamlabs obs and not streaming is lagging a lot...
all other games are fine but this is no go...
any advice?
p.s. game even dont want to put my display on 165 hz just 144...
