Question / Help Streamlabs OBS dual pc setup

Ok so I am at a loss and can’t figure out why my pc seems to not be able to handle a solid x264 encoder. My gaming rig 8700k 32gb of fam and a RTX 2080 send my signal to my streaming rig which is a 8700 non k and a 1080 also 32gb of ram. The signal is sent via NDI sourcing. I cannot run a 900/1080p 60 FPS stream on a slower preset then the fastest setting using the least amount of processor I feel with my setup I should easily be able to run fast or even medium. Essentially I’m all about quality and it’s frustrating to have a pixelated stream during standard gameplay on fortnite or cod. I’ve run a 4500 bitrate I’ve also ran a 6k bitrate with similar results. I don’t drop frames in obs but when I watch my own stream it’s lagging especially if I get a notification. I’ve been running nvenc at a 6k bitrate with custom encoder settings and everything has been decent but I am all about trying to get the best I can out of my stream. Any suggestions appreciated!

I know streamlabs has their own support but it’s not a forum like this. So this forum is strictly basic obs I presume then?

This forum is for OBS Studio. Streamlabs OBS is a different piece of software. It contains at its core the capture API from OBS Studio, but it is still a different piece of software that has to set up its own support channels. You will not get support for Deus Ex in the Assassin's Creed forum, for this reason, even if they may share the same game engine, because these are two different games from two different game developer studios.
