first of all, here is my Setup:
Zotac RTX 2070
i7 7700k @4,8 GhZ
16 gb 3200 mhz
NvME SSD 500gb
2 TB HDD
Water cooling 360mm Radiator CPU
MSI Tomahawk Z270
Problem:
I had the same issue earlier, the stream lagged hard and Call of Duty MW was running like dogsh*t when OBS was open. Even if the stream wasn´t live.
Damals hab ich bei Game Capture auf Eigenschaften "Limitierte FPS der Aufnahme" angeklickt, dann war das Problem weg.
Ohne etwas zu ändern, kam das Problem wieder. Sobald OBS offen ist, fühlt sich das Game an wie auf 30hz, die FPS sind aber stabil zwischen 160 und 180.
Earlier, the problem got solved by setting the game capture to "limit FPS capture". Without changing ANY settings, the Problem returned. As soon as OBS is started, the game feels like 30 hz, the FPS are fine tho. They run between 160 and 180.
So i tested different games.
Forza Horizon 4 runs on 90 instead of 100 FPS while streaming and is smooth af. BUT, the stream looks like 3 FPS and you can´t watch it without getting a headache. Settings are the same as in COD.
Ich hab bereits alles mögliche umgestellt und versucht, bisher ohne Erfolg. OBS wird als Admin gestartet.
I tried every setting possible i think, no success. OBS is started as Admin.
Does someone have a solution?
