Question / Help StreamLabs alerts are not working on OBS

So ive had an extensive discussion with StreamLabs about the matter, basically what happens is i have some alerts set up on my OBS, all in different BrowserSources but when im streaming or even just testing them on the StreamLabs site, they dont pop up on my OBS. I test the alerts on the StreamLabs test widget, which opens a seperate window and then pops the alerts there, in which they work just fine and as intended, but they still dont appear on OBS. after i contacted StreamLabs, they tried to help me with different approaches, but to no avail, they think it may be a problem with OBS, so here i am, can anybody try and help me with this, im using v18.0.1

I'm having a similar issue, only the test works great in OBS BUT while gaming the alerts don't pop up on my screen. very frustrating.
Playing on the Xbox one while streaming on Mixer. Bought a Razer CC hoping it would solve everything and sadly it didn't.
