Bug Report Streamlabs alert bug

Hello.
Here is the problem:
Almost half year ago appeared strange bug, my follower alert happenes twice. Firts time with my custom picture and default streamlabs message "*person* is now following", then after 10-15sec, triggers second alert with my custom picture and my own message "*person my custom message*".
What I was trying already: clear cash of obs browser plugin, completely delete scene(in new one I have same bug).
I make second variety of follower alert on streamlabs, and now when someone following both variety of alerts appeared one after another.
P. S. I have only one browser source in my scene and it looks like that's not source of an issue.

Any other solutions?

Strange thing about this, when triggers first alert with default streamlabs text "*person* is now following". Where OBS get this? I don't have this message anywhere on streamlabs, cuz this default message was changed by me to my own "*person* my custom message" long ago, so where OBS get this text, if it doesn't even exist anywhere on my streamlabs page?

You should probably be talking to Streamlabs about it, it's not like OBS can magically produce alerts out of thin air.
