OK, I'm in my later 60s and all this is new to me. I have the OBS software and am setting up for livestreaming. We have a YouTube channel, so I selected that. Now the configsys is asking for our "streamkey." Where do I find that?

YouTube (Facebook, or whichever service) is where you get yoru stream key for that service
For YouTube, here tis there page on managing a livestream. Note the section on Stream Key https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/9854503?hl=en
for convenience you could re-use a stream key each service. Much better security is to generate (at YouTube) a new (refreshed) key each stream (and then copy 'n paste that key into OBS Stream settings)
