Question / Help Streaming working fine before, now extreme fluctuation in bitrate.

It'll fluctuate between 6k kb/s (My set value) and around 1k.
My wifi can easily handle streaming according to Ookla Speed Test and yesterday's stream.

Any ideas? Log attached
