I'm kind of confused as to what you're actually asking, or what your setup is.
Do you have an audio device at all? OBS needs an audio device either selected in the audio settings, or included as a source in the scene if you're going to have audio captured. It's not possible to capture audio unless that audio data is being created on a device somewhere.
