Question / Help Streaming with QuickSync = Invalid Stream

So I tried to encode with QuickSync to encode my stream.
The result on recording looks OK (for streaming)
But twitch doesn't like my setting. Stream would'nt start saying Invalid Stream

Bitrate was set to fixed 3500 (this works with x264)

Here are my settings so far:
Target Usage: Quality
Profile: high
Keyframe interval: 2
Async Deph 4
Rate Control CBR
Bitrate 3500

with these x264 settings i can stream wonderful:
Rate Control CBR
Bitrate 3500
[ ] Custom Buffer Size
Keyframe interval 2
CPU preset: medium
Profile high
tune none

any suggestions? x264 looks with medium real nice but needs most of the cpu power so i cant record at the same time

stream with software x264 (best as software x264 can handle the lower bitrates and keep them from pixels)
record with gpu x264 e.g. nvenc.

no, nvenc is causing lags on the preview on my system.

by the way - this isn't an answer to my question. the question is why twitch is refusing the stream when it's encoded with quicksync OR is it even possible to stream with qs?
