Question / Help Streaming with OBS

Guys Need Help... I am about to do a 360 and no scope this pc out of the window...
So I am trying to stream games like pubg and call of duty in 720 60fps
However my obs fps drops bellow 25fps... and i dont understand how ...
my specs:
CPU Overclocked Intel® Core™ i7-7820X Eight Core
RAM 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB DDR4 3000MHz (4 x 8GB)
Graphics Card 11GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1080 Ti - HDMI, 3x DP GeForce
Internet Down:200mbps Up:10mbps
I have tried changing bitrate but nothing is working and I am getting frustrated!

We do not contact users outside this forum, and probably not the best idea to be posting your contact information in a public space like this.

As for your issue, without a log from OBS I would just be guessing:

Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. Enable vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage. If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game.
