Streaming with OBS freezes whole pc

Hey, have a problem streaming with OBS lately. For some reason it at random intervals freezes my pc, excluding the audio. So my inputs and such, including the screen are frozen.
It started happening after i started fine tuning my OBS settings in advanced, but even resetting the settings from where it didn't freeze had no impact.
I've looked at my CPU and GPU usage and they are both below 100%. I checked my CPU and GPU temps to see if i was thermal throttling, but that was not the case.
I use NVENC hardware encoding because my CPU is underpowered for streaming. It has worked so far so i don't think thats the issue. There were no Windows updates or any big changes to my pc.
I will attach a log file and also include a clip on how it looks like on twitch (not from the same stream).

To add to this, the log is probably not the best example as there were loads of frame drops and frames lost trying out Valorant.
That is not usual for me, i stream other games and i do not lose frames (its usually like 0.7% and thats when switching between games). And i keep well above 60+ fps.
