streaming with obs fame lag and drops

hi community
Im needing some help on getting obs to stop having issues in frame lagging, its just started randomly, i had this before it its stop all of a sudden and now its back, not sure why this is but its becoming often while I'm streaming online games like Delta force, PUBG and oters, but not while im playing offline games like cyberpunk 2077 and Horizon Zero Dawn for an example, its starting to do my head in a little bit because I've tried the following twice over now

• Reinstalled Windows 11
  Reinstalled Graphics Drivers to a older driver that worked best
• Done a fresh install of OBS with out putting my backup of settings and stream scenes and images ect
• Done a fresh install of OBS with my backup of settings and stream scenes and images ect
• Done a connection test with Twitch Bandwidth Test v2.0 (- See Attached images)
• Tryed obs on a normal ssd and a m2 ssd to see if it would make any difference
• check over the pined posts in the OBS Windows Support

AMD Rysan 3850X
ASRock 7900 XTX
64gig of ram
1 M2 SSD for Windows 11 - Latest build
2 SSD
1 8T Hard Drive

For these Logfiles ive noticed near the bottom of the file not sure what this means theirs only one files for my style on obs
