Streaming with OBS changes Sensitivity in FPS (PUBG , COD , ETC) any solution?

transmit with obs change the sensitivity on windows 10 two or more points in FPS mostly in pubg so its hard to drag & drop items to inventory same in other games , its like fast moves got decreased when im streaming in obs.

i have a windows 10 pc
32gb ram @3600mhz
ryzen 9 5900x watercooled
nvme 480gb
RTX 3070

If anyone knows how to fix it it would be appreciated :)
