Streaming with OBS and NDI plug in

Good morning. After the latest Windows 11 update (I think is was KB5008353 (OS Build 22000.469)), OBS will not capture my display. I stream iRacing using OBS with the NDI plug in from my gaming PC to my laptop. I never had any issue streaming it this way even after I updated both PC's to Windows 11. My problem with the black screen started after I updated both PC's to the new update. I am getting a black screen, but I can see my mouse courser move on the screen. Anny help in this mater would be appreciated. I am using the latest OBS and NDI 4.9.1 plug in.

I found my problem. I had HDR enabled. I turned it on a week ago. When I turned it off, everything worked the way it should. I did give OBS administrator rights as well and designated OBS in the display tab to use my 2080 super in performance mode.
