Question / Help Streaming with bad PC

Hey, guys, my question is: Can one of u help me setting up correctly my OBS Studio for streaming on twitch?

The Problem is that I watched so many different videos about setting up OBS Studio for streaming thatI feel like in every video there's said sth different and I don't know at all what are best settings for my PC. Additionally trial and error doesn't work because for that I should be a little bit confident in computer stuff, but I'm not...
I hope questions like that will be answered and u can give me the best information how I should set up my OBS, if not I'll try to focus on special problems.
I'm using Win10 Home, with an
  • Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz, 2201 MHz, 2 core
  • NVIDIA GeForce 840M with 2GB Dedicated VRAM,
  • 8 GB DDR3 L Memory,
  • 1000 GB HDD
I'm not really confident in computer stuff, but I think that my computer is quite bad. My FPS ingame are usually around. 120fps)
I know that the speed tests on the internet aren't that reliable (I chose https://www.wieistmeineip.de/speedtest/ergebnis.php)
but here are my figures:
  • 23.211kbit/s download (let's say 20.000 download cause of unreliability of the speed test'
  • 2.510 kbit/s upload (let's say 2.200)
  • 20ms ping (in an online game I have a constant 34ms ping)
I'm confident on setting up different scenes and sources but my "streams" are either laggy or I'm having problems in the game (low FPS/FPS-drops or a constant high ping). By the way in test streams, the main problem is that my CPU is overloaded.
I'm looking forward to reading ur comments and interact with u!
Thanks in advance
moon
