Question / Help Streaming with a few speakers

Hello. We need to stream a webinar with 2-3 speakers, from different PCs (each speaker streams from home). Webinar is to take place in our social network group. Is it possible to organize such multi speakers stream through OBS?

Broadly speaking yes but there's not really enough information about your specific requirements here to answer.

OBS is not a communications or conferencing platform, so it's not going to help each of your participants unless they all broadcast to a low latency platform like Mixer, and then someone at a central location aggregates those sources in an OBS setup for streaming to an audience.

Skype supports NDI and so does OBS, so OBS with the NDI plugin can be used to include multiple participants in a Skype call.

If you're using some web-based conferencing solution then it's just a matter of capturing multiple browser sources, plus system audio.
