When using OBS on a SSD to just stream a webcam and browser source should anything be considered to minimize SSD wear and tear..??

Forget ssd wear out. It doesn't happen in the real world. Just use the computer regardless how much it will write. You will replace any computer due to old age before any ssd is worn out.

If you ask for proof: look around for complaints about broken down SSDs. There are next to none. There are less complaints about broken down SSDs than there were complaints about broken down spinning hard disks when spinning hard disks were the only bulk memory available.

Pro tip: If you are using some program that is constantly writing to a file(s) to display something in OBS, you can create a RAM disk and have the files there to avoid constantly writing to your physical drives. I did this with ImDisk Toolkit by creating really small drive (I think 67 KB is min) and having those programs save the files there.
